酉前嚴選精選臺灣本土溫體黑毛豬的軟排部位,遵循私廚配方慢火精燉,每一塊產量稀少的豬軟排經過時光的淬煉,閃耀著焦糖色的飽滿光澤;一口咬下豬肉的彈嫩,再來是煮到酥脆的軟骨,肉質多汁而不鬆散,彈牙而不發柴,與香脆的軟骨結合出齒頰留香的甜味;嫩、脆、甘、鮮,豐富的口感層層遞進,迸發出充滿回憶的小宇宙。
